Respondents, SG3 FERDINAND GURTIZA and SG1 ELBERTO

BAUTISTA, through undersigned counsel, respectfully offer the following
documentary exhibits with manifestation :

EXHBIT 1 - Affidavit of SG2 Pedro Dalaguit;

1-A - Signature of SG2 Pedro Dalaguit;

PURPOSE : To show that said witness was not investigated SO1 Ernesto R.
Estrada who prepared the report. To prove further that he did say or said that he
saw SG1 Bautista tore the logbook.

EXHIBIT 2 - Affidavit of SG1 Bautista

2-A - Signature of SG1 Bautista

PURPOSE : To deny the allegation in the report that he was drinking during the
incident and further deny the complaint against him that he tore the logbook.

EXHIBIT 3 - The Logbook subject of the case;

PURPOSE : To prove that the logbooks are intact together with all the entries
therefore it is not true that it was torn.

EXHIBIT 4 - Affidavit of Noel P. Haddad;

4-A - signature of noel P. Haddad;

PURPOSE : To show that he was not investigated by SO1 Ernesto R. Estrada.

To prove further that he did not mention the name of Bautista and Gurtiza to be
drinking.

He also identifies the entries in the logbook to be complete.

(NOTE ALL EXHIBITS ARE ATTACHED TO THE RECORD EXCEPT EXHIBIT 4

WHICH IS ATTACHED HERETO.)

All exhibits formally offered are for Ferdinand Gurtiza and Edilberto
Bautista to prove their innocence.

We are not presenting Ferdinand Gustiza as witness since he had a heart

attack and could no longer testify.

With our witnesses presented and documentary exhibits formally offered,

we are now resting our case.
