Services
This service is intended to help you plan a migration from your ITSM on premise
version to the Helix Remedy Service Management. Determine and analyse the gaps
between the on premises and cloud solutions.
Additionally, it helps you to plan what data, customizations, and integrations should
be migrated to the new solution, as well as understands the Helix technologies that
can be used to help you successfully achieve your business goals.

Remedy on premises to Helix Remedy Service


Management suite Migration Service
This offering provides various migration options including the movement of on
premises foundation data, transactional data, customizations, and integration
configurations to the BMC Helix Remedy cloud environment.
Helix Remedy Service Management Suite
Implementation Services
This offering provides a net new out-of-the-box implementation for your Helix
Remedy service. This option is ideal if you do not wish to move any existing data or
customizations from your on premises system to the BMC cloud, allowing for a fresh
start for your system. This option usually starts with foundation data and process-
specific application workshops.

Helix Remedy Support Services


Vyom Labs offers Product Operational Development (POD) Services to bring solidity
to your implemented BMC Helix Remedy or Remedy On Premise Solution. We offer
monthly fix services fee in which clients are entitled to various services from
Vyom Labs on your BMC purchases with a minimum support period of 1 Year.
