Project Proposal: [Digital Horn Counter]

Background
Sound pollution is a major concern now-a-days in Dhaka city. Everyone wants to get rid of this problem. Our
project will give them relief from the sound pollution. Digital Horn Counter will ensure a healthy
environment.

Objectives

 It’s quite impossible to control the by just awareness in Bangladesh. So this project can be a cure.
 This project will help to reduce sound pollution problem.
 This project is a profit making opportunity for Government.

Scope
As it is a unique innovative project which will introduce Bangladesh as technologically upgraded. After
completion of this project people will be self motivated for not doing sound pollution anymore.

Monitoring and Evaluation


Project will be monitored by the asset manager and project manager. Project will be evaluated by different
financial methods which will ensure profitability. Government will control the monthly revenue.
