it easy to fill in the Log, because you will only need to complete the
table in this worksheet once, but you will use the Log over and over.
Use the Notes section to list the unit for the base quantity.

For example, if you normally eat 1 bowl of cereal in the morning,


and you always use the same size bowl, then your base quantity
could be "1" and then you would calculate how many calories or
carbs are contained in 1 bowl of cereal and enter that into the table.
