DEED OF EXCHANGE

KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Exchange made and entered into by and between:

MARVIN ANTOLIN, of legal age, Filipino, married to JANINE A.
ANTOLIN, and a resident of Barangay Aurora East, Diffun, Quirino,
Philippines (herein referred to as “FIRST PARTY”);
-and-
RONALYN C. ANTOLIN, of legal age, Filipino, single, and a resident of
Barangay Aurora East, Diff un, Quirino, Philippines (herein referred to as
“SECOND PARTY”).
WITNESSETH

WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY is the true and registered owner of a

parcel of land situated in barrio of Rizal, Diffun, Quirino, Philippines covered
by a Transfer Certificate of Title No. 037-2018000650 of the Register of
Deeds of Quirino, more particularly described as follows:
 WHEREAS, the SECOND PARTY is the true and registered owner of a
parcel of land situated in barrio of Rizal, Diffun, Quirino, Philippines covered
by a Transfer Certificate of Title No. 037-2018000651 of the Register of
Deeds of Quirino, more particularly described as follows:

WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY and the SECOND PARTY, have agreed to
transfer and convey by way of exchange the above described properties in
favor of each other;
NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises,
the first party hereby CEDES,TRANSFERS, and CONVEYS BY WAY OF
EXCHANGE, the parcel of land situated in barrio of Rizal, Diffun, Quirino,
Philippines covered by a Transfer Certificate of Title No. 037-
2018000650 of the Register of Deeds of Quirino, including all the
improvements thereon in favor of the SECOND PARTY and in the same
manner, the SECOND PARTY, CEDES, TRANSFERS, and CONVEYS BY
WAY OF EXCHANGE, the parcel of land situated in barrio of Rizal, Diffun,
Quirino, Philippines covered by a Transfer Certificate of Title No. 037-
2018000651 of the Register of Deeds of Quirino, including all the
improvements found and standing thereon in favor of the first party.
 IN WITNESS WHEREOFF, we have hereunto set our hands, this 19th
day of July 2019, at Diffun, Quirino, Philippines.
