POINTS
1. Business  Yinka, a representative of Netpoint
Growth / informed of his intention for a win-win
Continunity business relationship between both parties
offering KKON Tech 480,000.00 for STM1
across Nigeria through GLO.
 Furthermore, he requested KKON Tech to
match the cost of 480,000.00 to Netpoint in
Lagos.

 In response, Tajudeen representing KKON Tech

responded that our best price for STM1 to other
ISP’s is 700,000.00, however, based on the long
existing relationship between both parties, a
reduction to 550,000.00 for STM 1 in Lagos was
offered and Abuja price remain same as our best
was already offered.

The following was agreed on the STM 1 capacity by both

parties:
 The STM 1 new price would commence effectively
1st June, 2019.
 The STM 1 will picked up from our bookshop POP.
 Last mile to our other POP’s will be based on
request.
 Last mile to our other POP’s will not be more than
10.
 Activation cost of 50,000.00 per Last mile will be
paid.
 A one-off cost of 150,000.00 for Last mile to end
user where applicable, and if not applicable, last

mile to end user will be discussed or borne by
Netpoint.
 The Last mile and Activation cost will commence
for new deployments and not applicable to
existing locations.
2. Outstanding  A sum of 1mill out of the outstanding is to be paid
on Tuesday 18/06/19.
 The outstanding sum of 5,158,901.04 as at May
was agreed by both parties to be paid off on or
before Dec, 2019.

3. A.O.B The meeting ended well at about 1pm.
