Finding

Having survey in the Johnson & Johnson I have found that

employee are mostly dedicated towards the organization also all
the members know each other in their group and therefore it is
relatively easy for them to coordinate their performance
towards the goal.
They were facing conflict due to differences in work
experiences and working styles. On conversation, it was
founded that there were credit mongers in the group.
The people were pretty satisfied with feedback given by their
leader and with their formal work space.

15
Conclusion

I have come to an end from this survey that to increase the job
satisfaction level of the employees the company should
concentrate mainly on the incentive and reward structure rather
than the motivational session. Johnson & Johnson successfully
follow principle of management and employee rely upon them.

 I have analyzed that work is distributed evenly across the

team and majority of employee satisfied with the salary.
 Employee are encouraged by boss and supervisor to share
new ideas as well as supervisor are also committed to good
result and quality.
 Employees belief that coworker are helpful and receive
praises from higher authority.
 Supervisor/manager are active in involving you team
decision but management is not helpful and sympathetic.
 Employee mostly satisfied with facilities given by Johnson
& Johnson and every individual carry clear priorities and
objectives.
