Tensei Philippines Inc., established in 2014, is a Japanese funded organization that is part of
Tensei Group of Companies founded in Fukui Prefecture, Japan.
Tensei Philippines is a multi-faceted organization combining both the Japanese discipline and
Filipino ingenuity which offers a wide range of services that include: system development,
business process outsourcing, smart building and video security solutions, and manpower
solutions. We want to create innovative technology solutions that will help in transforming the

Our office is located at 9th Floor, Automobile Association of the Philippines Tower (AAP Tower),
Aurora Boulevard, Quezon City, Philippines which is near LRT Line 2 Gilmore Station.
Quezon City is the largest city in Metro Manila in terms of population and land area. The
Gilmore Avenue is well known for being one of the main shopping centers for IT-related
products such as computers, and related parts, due to a lot of vendors and competitive pricing
compared to other establishments in the metro. Both the southern corners of Gilmore and
Aurora roads are filled with stores selling different kinds of computers and their accessories,
both secondhand and brand-new.

1. Initiate

Nursing Care Program

The Nursing Care Program aims to train and guide Filipino nurses to work in Japan.
Applicants will undergo the following process to qualify to work in Japan:
1. Nihongo Training
2. Take and pass the Japanese-Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) - N4 Level
3. Take and pass the Nursing Care Evaluation Exam
4. Take and pass the Nursing Care Japanese Language Ability Test
5. Work in Japan
During the training, applicants will receive a monthly allowance.
