About the Trainer - Mr. Chetan Kavdia


Chelan Kavdia is Contract & Claims Specialist, LLB. , BE (Mechanical), PGD. PEM (NICMAR). He
has diverse experience in contract / commercial management, supplier relationship, government
contracts, dispute resolution, arbitration, litigation in Power, Metro, Roads & Highways..

He has worked with leading construction companies such as GE Power, FLSmidth India, Hitachi Rail
STS, Dodsal & HCC Infrastructure, handling Contract Management functions including Claims and
Dispute Resolution.

He is presently working as a Consultant in a Legal firm from Mumbai– Solicis Lex, Advocates &
Solicitors.
