- Valve factory acceptance tests including pressure testing and torque
measurements
- Positive Material Identification (Product chemical analysis) with an
optical spectrometer AMETEK SPECTROTEST Type TXC25 able to measure
also C% content
- Dye Penetrant Examination as per ASME B16.34, ASME V, or ISO Std
- Ferrite content for duplex with a FISCHER Feritscope
- Fugitive Emission test as per ISO 15848 with
ALCATEL ASM 142
- Fire testing as per API607/ISO10497 or API6FA
- Cycling test as per customer requirements
- Cryogenic or high T° test as per customer std
NON DESTRUCTIVE TESTING AND SPECIAL DESTRUCTIVE TESTING
Following NDT are subcontracted:
- Ultrasonic Testing (ASME B16.34, ASME V, or ISO std)
- Radiography (ASME B16.34, ASME V, or ISO std)
- Positive Material Identification by X-ray for material type identification purpose when this process is
required (do not allow to get a product chemical analysis)

replica
- Corrosion tests for pitting or intergranular corrosion as per ASTM A262 or G48
- HIC and SSC for sour service corrosion resistance as per NACE MR01-75, TM0177, TM0284
- Mechanical tensile and charpy notch test as per ASTM A370
- Acoustic emission testing as per GDP-AFIAP
- Grain size measurement ASTM E112 or ISO 643
- Porosity testing ASTM E165 or ASTM B733
