SUPPLEMENTARY LLP AGREEMENT

This Agreement made at ……………….., ………….., Pune on 09th Day of May, 2016

BETWEEN

1. Mr. ……… S/o ………. R/o ………………….. which expression shall, unless it be repugnant to the
subject or context thereof, include their legal heirs, successors, nominees and permitted
assignees and hereinafter called the FIRST PARTY,

2. Mrs. ………………. Pune , which expression shall, unless it be repugnant to the subject or
context thereof, include their legal heirs, successors, nominees and permitted assignees and
hereinafter called the SECOND PARTY,

3. Mr. ………….. Pune, which expression shall, unless it be repugnant to the subject or context
thereof, include their legal heirs, successors, nominees and permitted assignees and
hereinafter called the THIRD PARTY,

4. Mrs. ………………..Pune, which expression shall, unless it be repugnant to the subject or context
thereof, include their legal heirs, successors, nominees and permitted assignees and
hereinafter called the FOURTH PARTY,

WHERAEAS

(a) A LLP Agreement dated 3rd Day of November, 2010 was executed by and between Mr. ……..,
Mrs. ……., Mr. ……….., Mrs. ………. whereby they had agreed to form a LLP in the name and
style of M/s Suresh Gupta & Partners LLP to undertake various ancillary and other
businesses to be carried over by LLP as specified in the said LLP agreement and

(b) Whereas the Registered Address of the LLP as provided in the Clause 2 of the agreement was

(c) Whereas the LLP requires to shift their Registered Address to the following:

Clause 2 of the LLP agreement be replaced in its entirety by the following:

The M/s …………… LLP shall have its registered office at …………………., Main Road, Guru Nanak Pura,
Delhi-110092 and/or at such other place or places, as shall be agreed to by the majority of the
partners from time to time.

All the terms of the LLP agreement shall be read as a part of this agreement subject to the covenant
as specified in Clause 2 above
