I hereby confirm that I have been read out the contents of this agreement, and explained the rules and
regulations and the nature of work to be performed by me as assigned by my

I agree to adhere to the following, on my posting at the premises of Incarnus Pvt Ltd. by my employer: -

 That I will abide by the rules and regulations of Incarnus.

 That I will not disturb any installations.
 That I will not disclose or assist in disclosure of any information that belongs to Incarnus.
 That I will not carry in/out any removable media / material without Authorization.
 That I will perform my duty in the specified areas allotted to me and will not access restricted
areas.
 That I will not operate any installations or systems without the presence of Incarnus
representative.
 I will not cause any damage to the information assets like media, systems, telecom, documents
etc.,
 I will follow preventive measures when accessing critical assets so that the information is
protected from damage
 I will immediately keep Incarnus informed about any mis happenings coming to notice
 That I will be thoroughly checked by the Security personnel while reporting in and reporting out
of duty.
 That I will display the ID Card provided by Incarnus whenever I am inside the premises.
 That I am responsible for any lapses on my part to Incarnus through my Contractor.
 That all liabilities on my services rest with M/s.……………. and Incarnus is not liable for the same.

 If It is agreed that appropriate punitive action will be taken against me in case of any breach of
any of the rules and regulations mentioned above and implemented during the tenancy of this
agreement.
 This agreement is valid for a period of one year from the date of signing of this agreement unless
otherwise terminated by either of the parties.
