no. 215 under section 306, 498A ipc
The applicant most respectfully submits as :
1. That the respondent has registered the above mentioned case against the
applicant
2. That the applicant is not related to the above offence that is mentioned
3. That the applicant is citizen of India as Shashi, member of parliament
agreed above 45 years
4. That the applicant went out of station for the meeting in jodhpur in the day
when crime occurred
5. That the death of the respondent happen due to poison as it was claimed
by medical team. The respondent living in a hotel as their bungalow was
under construction.
6. That the applicant have good relationship with the respondent there were
no fights between both of them
7. That the Applicant will be there during investigation process whenever
required by police chauki premnager
8. That the applicant which not temper the evidence and witness during
proceedings and will absent the hon’ble court
9. That in such false case bail should be
