JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF WAIVER

WE , JUANITA S. ALMAZAN, widow, RAPHY S. ALMAZAN , JESUS S.

ALAMAZAN, RASIAL S. ALMAZAN, ROLAND S. ALMAZAN AND IRMINA ALMAZAN ,
all of legal ages, Filipinos, married and with residence at Parang, Marikina Cityl ,
under oath state:

That we are the surviving heirs of JOHN ALMAZAN , the registered co-
owner of a parcel of land with improvements, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title
No. ________ situated at 95 Paraiso St., Parang, Marikina City,

That we all know for a fact that said parcel of land with all the improvements
thereon , was already subject of a sale between the registered co-owner ,our mother
,and all the undersigned affiants with our now deceased sibling , JOAN S.
ALMAZAN and his son NAZE ALVEL A. VELASQUEZ (aka. JOHN A. IBRAHIM
sometime on _______________;

That we in fact received our corresponding shares for the said sale;

That we all know for a fact that subject property was mortgaged by my
deceased sister and nephew with a certain Engr. Mariano Alquiza during her lifetime
in order to finance her hospitalization and medication .

That in view thereof, we hereby WAIVE all our rights , interest and
participation over the aforementioned real property in favor of our nephew, NAZE
ALVEL ALMAZAN VELASQUEZ (aka. JOHN ALMAZAN IBRAHIM ).

That we are executing this affidavit for the purpose of selling the subject
property in order to redeem the same from the mortgagee and to help our nephew
NAZE ALVEL A. VELASQUEZ/JOHN A. IBRAHIM to settle all their obligations and to
attest to the truth and veracity of all the foregoing and for all other legal intents
and purposes it may serve.
