Update Service Agreement business case/ report

1 Purpose
MRS Service Agreement approval process and business case has been compiled to secure good business
cases including relation and timing between recruitment, revenue and profitability for new agreements.

2 Scope
All new agreements including any of the following conditions shall be approved by MRS
- Recruitment of staff
- Fixed rate including spare parts
- Performance penalties

3 Responsibility
Customer Center
Is responsible to have knowledge or contact MRS Service Agreement Product Manager or MRS Global
Service Agreement Manager to only present sustainable service agreement proposals to customers.
Is also responsible to compile business case for any agreement considered under point 2.
Is responsible to on a monthly basis report actual contract result vs business case from contract
commencement date or staff recruitment date.

MRS Service Agreement Product Manager


Is responsible for the document and update of the document.
Is responsible to support customer centers requesting support to develop service agreement offers.
Is responsible to support and review business cases and service agreement result reports vs business cases.

MRS Global Service Agreement Manager


Is responsible to support customer centers requesting support to develop service agreement offers.
Is responsible to support and review business cases and service agreement result reports vs business cases.

4 Definitions and abbreviations


Service agreement or contract is service described in a by 2 parties signed document covering repetitive
service.
Fixed rate including spare parts in a service agreement is when parts are invoiced at a pre-determined rate (in
most cases operating hours) independent of actual cost of goods sold.
Performance penalties is penalties related to not meeting targets (KPI’s Key Performance Indicators) in a
service agreement.
