INGREDIENTS
1. In a bowl, put 2 cups of all purpose flour, 1 tbsp of baking powder, 3 tbsp of
sugar, and 1 tsp of iodized salt. Then, mix it.
2. Add 5 tbsp of cold margarine into the mixture then mix it again until it looks like
bread crumbs.
4. Pour ¾ cup of evaporated milk and 1/8 cup of vegetable oil then mix.
8. Put a cheese inside the cut dough and roll the dough into circles.
DONGGAY
9. Fry the Donggay.
10. Mix the powedered sugar with water. Dip the Donggay into it for the coating.

On day 1, they used Php 350 and they produced 41 pieces of Donggay with total price of
Php 154 and they got an outcome of Php -146. They didn’t have capital on the second
manufacturing because of the excess ingredients on the last manufacturing and they produced
28 pieces with the price of Php 115 and they got an profit of Php -65. On the third
manufacturing they used Php 200 for the capital to produce 41 pieces of Donggay with a total
price of Php 205 and they got a total profit of Php -26. On day 4, they used Php 40 for the
capital and they produced 35 pieces of product with total price of Php 175 and they got a profit
of Php 99. On the fifth manufacturing they used Php 200 to produced 62 pieces of Donggay
with total price of 310 and they got a total profit of Php 509. On the last manufacturing they
used Php 272 for the capital to produce 51 pieces with total price of Php 255 and they got a
final profit of Php 492.
