 Development Process, Quality and Costs:

 Develop server side code in PHP, MYSQL Database and other standard frameworks.

 Scripting Language : PHP 5.4.24, Smarty 3.1.15

 Database : MYSQL

 Client Side Scripting: JavaScript, JQuery Libraries.

Coding: We use MVC pattern to write code. Easy to understand and written in Optimize way with industrial
standard. We will also follow SEO standard for this project (URL Rewrite, Description, Keywords will be managed



through admin).

Quote is to be one off development charge and any future enhancements and support will be charged
 separately. This quote does not Covers it.

Any 3rd party service will be Provide by client. We implement that service in website using 3rd party site API. Eg.
 SMS sending. SMS plan client need to purchase it.

 Code will be handed over to the client and it will be owned by client

Where possible open source, commercially free software will be used but if any license is required, it will be
 payable by client. Will let client know beforehand.

Client will be periodically reviewing the features developed to verify whether system is being developed as per
 their expectation

Client to complete final user acceptance testing within one month after development completes. Once client
signs off and accepts the system, there will be further 4 month support for minor bugs if any after that there will
be charge for it.
For Web UI:

 Web interface to be developed in HTML, PHP, JAVASCRIPT, JQUERY-AJAX

 Interface will be developed with full CSS support for visuals.


 1 CSS for main web interface and 1 CSS for mobile browser will be developed.

 Android Interface will be initially browser based and then later a matching app will be developed.

The costing is only for web and mobile based interface. Admin will be only in Web based. Android App cost will be
extra and will be calculated according the web- interface developed and requirement.
