“Learning to Innovate” MOOC is designed by “Khurram Shahzad - Pakistan”, founder and

organizer of worldwide projects ​“Innovate your dreams”​ and ​“MY magical dust”​. Both
projects were a massive success throughout the world which provided opportunities to the
teachers and the students for active learning.

Learning to Innovate - MOOC

Introduction:​ The MOOC “Learning to Innovate” aims to implement project-based learning into
classrooms and promoting STE(a)M education through project-based learning. This MOOC is
free of cost and designed for primary, middle and high school teachers. However, it is not
restricted if preschool, college and university teachers or parents want to participate. The
MOOC also aims to achieve “Quality Education”, one of the 17 sustainable development goals
by the United Nations.
The course includes four modules;

1. Introduction & importance of project-based learning (PBL) and STE(a)M

2. Introduction and importance of 21st-century skills
3. Designing a PBL project
4. Implementing a PBL project
5. Additional module for editing and making videos by ​Magdalena Dygala​.

The course duration is 6 weeks and 3-4 hours of learning time per week. The course will
open from Sunday, 21 July 2019.

Every Sunday of each week a module will be published in the Facebook group created to
conduct the course. Only the registered participants will have access to course contents and the
Facebook group. A certificate of completion will be awarded to participants after a blackout
period of time at the end of 6 weeks.
