DEU 4:7 "For what great nation is there that has a god so near to it as is the Lord our God whenever we call on Him?
JOS 23:10 "One of your men puts to flight a thousand, for the Lord your God is He who fights for you, just as He
promised you.
2CH 7:14 and My people who are called by My name humble themselves and pray, and seek My face and turn from
their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.
2CH 20:3 And Jehoshaphat was afraid and turned his attention to seek the Lord; and proclaimed a fast throughout
all Judah.
2CH 20:12 "O our God, wilt Thou not judge them? For we are powerless before this great multitude who are coming
against us; nor do we know what to do, but our eyes are on Thee."
2CH 20:13 And all Judah was standing before the Lord, with their infants, their wives, and their children.
2CH 20:14 Then in the midst of the assembly the Spirit of the Lord came upon Jahaziel the son of Zechariah, the
son of Benaiah, the son of Jeiel, the son of Mattaniah, the Levite of the sons of Asaph;
2CH 20:15 and he said, "Listen, all Judah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem and King Jehoshaphat: thus says the Lord
to you, 'Do not fear or be dismayed because of this great multitude, for the battle is not yours but God's.
2CH 20:16 'Tomorrow go down against them. Behold, they will come up by the ascent of Ziz, and you will find them
at the end of the valley in front of the wilderness of Jeruel.
2CH 20:17 'You need not fight in this battle; station yourselves, stand and see the salvation of the Lord on your
behalf, O Judah and Jerusalem.' Do not fear or be dismayed; tomorrow go out to face them, for the Lord is with
you. "
2CH 20:18 And Jehoshaphat bowed his head with his face to the ground, and all Judah and the inhabitants of
Jerusalem fell down before the Lord, worshiping the Lord.
2CH 20:19 And the Levites, from the sons of the Kohathites and of the sons of the Korahites, stood up to praise
the Lord God of Israel, with a very loud voice.
2CH 20:20 And they rose early in the morning and went out to the wilderness of Tekoa; and when they went out,
Jehoshaphat stood and said, "Listen to me, O Judah and inhabitants of Jerusalem, put your trust in the Lord your
God, and you will be established. Put your trust in His prophets and succeed."
2CH 20:21 And when he had consulted with the people, he appointed those who sang to the Lord and those who
praised Him in holy attire, as they went out before the army and said, "Give thanks to the Lord, for His
lovingkindness is everlasting."
2CH 20:22 And when they began singing and praising, the Lord set ambushes against the sons of Ammon, Moab, and
Mount Seir, who had come against Judah; so they were routed.
2CH 20:23 For the sons of Ammon and Moab rose up against the inhabitants of Mount Seir destroying them
completely, and when they had finished with the inhabitants of Seir, they helped to destroy one another.
2CH 20:24 When Judah came to the lookout of the wilderness, they looked toward the multitude; and behold, they
were corpses lying on the ground, and no one had escaped.
2CH 20:25 And when Jehoshaphat and his people came to take their spoil, they found much among them, including
goods, garments, and valuable things which they took for themselves, more than they could carry. And they were
three days taking the spoil because there was so much.
EST 10:3 For Mordecai the Jew was second only to King Ahasuerus and great among the Jews, and in favor with the
multitude of his kinsmen, one who sought the good of his people and one who spoke for the welfare of his whole
nation.
PSA 2:2 The kings of the earth take their stand, And the rulers take counsel together Against the Lord and
against His Anointed:
PSA 2:3 "Let us tear their fetters apart, And cast away their cords from us!"
PSA 2:4 He who sits in the heavens laughs, The Lord scoffs at them.
PSA 2:5 Then He will speak to them in His anger And terrify them in His fury:
PSA 2:6 "But as for Me, I have installed My King Upon Zion, My holy mountain."
PSA 2:8 'Ask of Me, and I will surely give the nations as Thine inheritance, And the very ends of the earth as Thy
possession.
PSA 7:9 O let the evil of the wicked come to an end, but establish the righteous; For the righteous God tries the
hearts and minds.
PSA 7:10 My shield is with God, Who saves the upright in heart.
PSA 7:11 God is a righteous judge, And a God who has indignation every day.
PSA 9:15 The nations have sunk down in the pit which they have made; In the net which they hid, their own foot has
been caught.
PSA 9:16 The Lord has made Himself known; He has executed judgment. In the work of his own hands the wicked is
snared. Higgaion Selah.
PSA 9:17 The wicked will return to Sheol, Even all the nations who forget God.
PSA 9:18 For the needy will not always be forgotten, Nor the hope of the afflicted perish forever.
PSA 9:19 Arise, O Lord, do not let man prevail; Let the nations be judged before Thee.
PSA 9:20 Put them in fear, O Lord; Let the nations know that they are but men. Selah.
PSA 11:3 If the foundations are destroyed, What can the righteous do? "
PSA 34:15 The eyes of the Lord are toward the righteous, And His ears are open to their cry.
PSA 34:16 The face of the Lord is against evildoers, To cut off the memory of them from the earth.
PRO 8:15 "By me kings reign, And rulers decree justice.
PRO 11:11 By the blessing of the upright a city is exalted, But by the mouth of the wicked it is torn down.
PRO 14:34 Righteousness exalts a nation, But sin is a disgrace to any people.
PRO 25:28 Like a city that is broken into and without walls Is a man who has no control over his spirit.
PRO 28:12 When the righteous triumph, there is great glory, But when the wicked rise, men hide themselves.
PRO 28:28 When the wicked rise, men hide themselves; But when they perish, the righteous increase.
PRO 29:8 Scorners set a city aflame, But wise men turn away anger.
PRO 29:18 Where there is no vision, the people are unrestrained, But happy is he who keeps the law.
ISA 32:17 And the work of righteousness will be peace, And the service of righteousness, quietness and confidence
forever.
JOE 2:12 "Yet even now," declares the Lord, "Return to Me with all your heart, And with fasting, weeping, and
mourning;
JOE 2:13 And rend your heart and not your garments. "Now return to the Lord your God, For He is gracious and
compassionate, Slow to anger, abounding in lovingkindness, And relenting of evil.
JOE 2:14 Who knows whether He will not turn and relent, And leave a blessing behind Him, Even a grain offering and
a libation For the Lord your God?
JOE 2:15 Blow a trumpet in Zion, Consecrate a fast, proclaim a solemn assembly,
JOE 2:16 Gather the people, sanctify the congregation, Assemble the elders, Gather the children and the nursing
infants. Let the bridegroom come out of his room And the bride out of her bridal chamber.
JOE 2:17 Let the priests, the Lord's ministers, Weep between the porch and the altar, And let them say, "Spare Thy
people, O Lord, And do not make Thine inheritance a reproach, A byword among the nations. Why should they among
the peoples say, 'Where is their god?'"
JOE 2:18 Then the Lord will be zealous for His land, And will have pity on His people.
JOE 2:28 "And it will come about after this That I will pour out My Spirit on all mankind; And your sons and daughters
will prophesy, Your old men will dream dreams, Your young men will see visions.
JOE 2:29 "And even on the male and female servants I will pour out My Spirit in those days.
