The rights of all UNIMINUTO students to which the first article of this regulation refers are:
They are the duties of all students of UNIMINUTO, to which the first article of this regulation
refers:
A. Comply with the Political Constitution of Colombia, the Law, the statutory and regulatory
norms of UNIMINUTO.
B. Respect the character of UNIMINUTO as an institution of Catholic inspiration.
C. Adjust your behavior to the standards of morality, culture, ethics professional and healthy
habits.
D. Pay in a timely manner the value of the registration and other rights pecuniary established
by UNIMINUTO.
E. Know the Institutional Educational Project, the regulations and the Curricular Project of
the Program in which he enrolled.
F. Enter the facilities or virtual UNIMINUTO platform, duly identified with the current
student card or with your respective access code, personal and non-transferable.
G. Participate in academic activities that integrate the curriculum of their professional
training.
H. Comply with the instructions given by the academic staff and administration of
UNIMINUTO for the normal development of its activities.
I. Carry out the evaluations, investigations, jobs and practices that correspond to him
making use of his knowledge, his personal effort, creativity and own authorship.
J. Refrain from presenting as their own writings, documents, ideas, or any results that are
not of their own authorship.
K. Treat all members of the university community with respect.
L. Respect the free exercise of the rights of others, giving a free of coercion, intimidation or
harassment to all members of the community of UNIMINUTO.
M. Respect the confidentiality and privacy of other members of the university community,
especially regarding data personal, conduct, academic records, and mental and physical
health.
N. Carefully take care of the equipment, furniture, materials and buildings of the University
Corporation as well as the other establishments where it provides its services or in which it
is due to its status as a student of UNIMINUTO, and answer for the damages it causes.
O. Use UNIMINUTO's technological, computing and communications media only for academic
purposes.
P. Represent UNIMINUTO with dignity in those places and events in which it corresponds to
do so, either by designation of a university authority or by the circumstances in which it is
found.
Q. Refrain from entering and distributing in UNIMINUTO, in any capacity, beverages or
intoxicating, psychoactive or hallucinogenic substances.
R. Refrain from entering UNIMINUTO under the effects of intoxicating, psychoactive or
hallucinogenic substances.
S. Refrain from entering UNIMINUTO carrying weapons of any kind nature.
T. Abide by the academic and disciplinary sanctions that are imposed after having exhausted
the respective procedure.
U. Affiliate to the Social Security System in any of its modalities and maintain this affiliation
while preserving the quality of student
V. Know and permanently consult the UNIMINUTO website in order to be informed about
the rules governing the Institution and its conduct within it, as well as the news,
opportunities, events and other aspects that UNIMINUTO considers should be known by
the community. university Ignorance of this information does not exempt the student
from compliance.
W. Keep the information registered at the moment of enroll, especially in relation to the place

X. Enroll in the Administrative and Academic Information System Institutional, as well as
