NARRATIVE REPORT
PARENT TEACHER ORIENTATION
and GENERAL ASSEMBLY
June 10, 2016

The school year 2016-2017 is about to begin. To start a new school year and promote good
and harmonious relationship among the stockholders, San Juan Elementary School conducted a
general assembly to orient stakeholders on the curriculum, programs, and ancillary services
supporting learner development and the continuous improvement of school outcomes.
This was done on the 10th day of June at 1:00 PM. Mrs. Lani M. Olan served as the lady
arbiter of the short program. The officer-in-Charge, Mrs. Joy M. Gallon gave her short remarkable
welcome message as she thanked and appreciated all the people behind the success of
implementing Brigada Eskwela week. She mentioned the teachers, parents, local officials,
students, and all the people who helped the school to make the Brigada Eskwela possible.
Meanwhile, advisers of Kinder to Grade Six cited their programs to be implemented this
school year, the contests to be held on different time of the year, classroom rules, and the things to
buy for the opening of school year 2016-2017. Under the K-12 Basic Education Curriculum, the
kinder to grade five advisers mentioned the grading system and how it should the performance of
the pupils be graded.
Likewise, the parents suggested some interventions and remedial to be implemented when
need arise such as additional reading hours for non-reader pupils and slow learners.
It’s a good thing that the Department of Education set programs and projects that will not
just convene the school and stakeholder partnership but it will promote and lingers camaraderie as
well.

Behind the success of a school is a good leader.


It’s a cliché saying that any school goes with it.
As the saying goes, San Juan Elementary School combined and assemble all the good and
possible leaders of San Juan community.
The school year 2016-2017 remarked its start on 13th of June 2016. The school elected
