 Responsible to handle Permanent & Contact hiring.


 Responsible to understand and analyze the requirements
 Taking care of team members and intracting with the clients on Day to Day basis.
 Interacting with the client about requirement, rate and when consultant must be on board
 Browsing Job portals (Naukri, Monster, Times jobs etc.), database, reference and other
networks for sourcing the profiles. We even post job openings on these sites and invite
applications from candidates.
 Contacting, Discussing and Assessing the candidate: Contact the candidate and discuss the job
requirements, the exact job profile that the candidate been working on, the total experience
and the relevant experience, candidate's availability for interview and time required to join if
selected, Current CTC and Expected CTC.
 Formatting: We convert the resumes into a format pre-defined by our company for easy
understanding. If formatted predefined format given by the client
 Facilitating interviews: Finally informing the candidate about their interview details and a
formal mail carrying the same is sent.
 Follow-Ups :- Pre joining & post Joining follow-ups with candidates
 Sending daily/ weekly/ monthly report to the Manager.

Post Recruitment (for Contract):

 Meeting Consultant Face to Face


 Verification of consultant Educational & Experience certificates. And release the offer letters for
contract employees.
 Reference Check
 Follow up with consultants every month for their attendance sheet etc.,
 Taking care of induction and existing formalities.
