I. Rationale
Sports is indispensable field and arena to like developmental of general being of every
individual make to enhance in every aspect of social, intellectual, spiritual, and physical
completeness of being a sound mins and a sound body person.
The Enrico T. Prado National High School makes a way and look forward for the general
intervention for the common good and welfare of every individual within the society, so as it
keeps in touch, tapping them in our pursuit for a linkage of their interpersonal being. A common
goal for a socialization as to open wide the door in the world of socialization hope.
With an intense of heartfelt to make keep closer and bring a heart within their reach of
their fingertips thru sportsfest.
We considered and counted it as gratitude among our stakeholders these
voluntarization spirit they extended and a benevolent support in exchange of those things
should be given, an appreciation, and acknowledgement.
Together with parent-teacher and sports club and organization make a more of the
advocate t push up through to realize the endeavor.
With the cooperation and tandem of sports-minded groups of individuals made initiated
a sports activity that serve as recreation and made linkages for socialization purposes.
Sports with a cause and purposes is the primes ordeal aim for having initiated and made
pursue as one among the highlights in the Brigada Eskwela 2019, in tune for the School
Preparation opening of classes.
II. Objectives
A. To be able to make a bond of linkages to the stakeholders through sports activities.
B. To be able to make an intense heartfelt closer to reach and open the window of
closeness among the stakeholders.
C. To be able to draw a camaraderie of cooperation and extending support through
voluntarism of the stakeholders in the spirit of sportsmanship.

VI. Concluding Remarks
Sports club organization voluntarily initiated the activity through the support and
approval of the school personnel, teachers, and administrative staffs for having made realize the
sportsfest during the Brigada Eskwela 2019.
Prizes for like sportsfest is made through the voluntary contributions of the players
involved.
Self-sponsorship and or looking on sponsorship of the players are the manner to
accumulated an amount for the prizes is a certain sports event conducted.
It is therefore appreciated the initiated and effort by those who are one way to make
realize the events.

Zumba for a Cause

NARRATIVE REPORT

A Zumba class is like any other instructor-led workout, but with simple dance moves heavy
on the hips and step counts. Those moves add up to a decent sweat. Zumba is a fun way of
exercising without the need to lift heavy objects.

Staying fit is good for the body. Exercise lowers the risk of heart disease, may help prevent
certain types of cancer, lowers your risk of osteoporosis, prevents weight-gain and type 2 diabetes,
helps you sleep better, and improves muscle and lung function. It can help lower anxiety and
prevent depression, too. Working out also releases endorphins, our bodies’ stress-fighters, leaving
us feeling at ease, research suggests. In other words, working out can actually feel good—and
even be fun.

This is why the Enrico T. Prado National High School, in a bid to provide financial help to
the school’s conduct of Brigada Eskwela 2019, the school has organized a zumba for a cause. The
participation fee is 100 pesos.

The zumba party is not only being conducted to raise money but also to provide relief to
teachers who are stressed from doing loads of work. It is also a good to provide an avenue for
teacher to unwind and destress.
