Working as Maintenance Engineer at Global Pharmaceuticals Private Limited
Islamabad, having responsibilities of monitoring and assisting the work of
Project Manager. The role of my duties as below
 Completes installations and modifications of Pharmaceutical machines
with foreign Engineers of German and Chinese countries.
 Complete Utilities machinery installations with the help of my team members including
A&B class boilers, Steam base Absorption Chillers, Compressors, Air Handling Units and
Dehumidifiers.
 Performed also electrical installations including HT & LT Panels, Transformers, ATS
Panels, Generators commissioning and distributions Panels.
 Also modified the electronics embedded panels of Siemens S-5 to other brand PLCs
including s-7 and delta brand Plc’s.
 Presently working on the commissioning of Tablets and Soft Gel sections.
Oct. 2012 – June 2014 (Mineral Water, juice and Beverage

Working as Maintenance Engineer Electrical/Electronic at Pakistan
Mineral Water Bottling Plant Private limited, having responsibility of
 Monitoring as well as handling running machines problems and reporting
to General Manager also performed duties as Head of Electrical/Electronic
department.
 Perform planning for improvement of machines efficiency and how to minimize
electricity cost of per product, also deals electricity billing matters with government
organization PESCO.
 Performing maintenance of various types of beverage machines as blow molding, bottle
filling, bottle labeling and bottle packing machines.
 Troubleshooting and fault diagnose of various types of machines including PLC
Problems, Different types of sensor problems, Servo motors and servo drives problems.
 Maintenance of various types conveyer belts, sealing and shrink machines.

worked as a Maintenance Engineer, performing duties of

voltage equipments, pneumatic and solenoids valves.
 Preventive Maintenance of ATS, PLCs, VFD and Power Factor Panels.
 Troubleshooting and fault diagnose of various types of machines including Rommelag
Blow fill and seal (BFS) Technology Machines.

(under Erection) Adamzai Akora Khattak having responsibility of monitoring and
supervision of Electrical, Mechanical and Civil works.
 In electrical works such as complete installation of building wiring with respect to CAD
drawing also commissioning and testing of Low Voltage electrical equipments and
systems as installation of various types of circuit breakers as MCCB, MCB, ACB,
MPCB, Switch gears Electronics and Thermal Overload relay for motor protection and
safety, various types’ relays, motor starters (DOL, Star Delta and Soft starter).
 Installation of Transformers, Generators, LT Panels, VFD Panels, Power Factor Panels,
Automation of machines using PLC or relay logic.
 Installation of cable tray and electric cables according to load, Cable termination, Cable
joining, Glands fixing, Earthing and Installation of Power Panels for various Machines
such as Boiler, Solution Preparation units, Water Treatment Plant, Autoclave units,
Chillers, Compressors, Cooling Towers and Generators.

where I had the opportunity perform project (designing and
implementation of wireless fire Alarm system for entire

August 2009-June 2010 (Sarhad University)
Worked as Lecturer in Sarhad University Peshawar, where I had
the responsibility to teach C and C++ for undergraduates
students. It was an interesting experience where I
improved my presentation skills together with my technical
background.

Programming, Servo Motors and Servo Drives Problems diagnosing and parameters

And DELTA brand PLCs.
 Done preventive maintenance as well as modification in PET Blow molding machines at
Pakistan Mineral Water Bottling Plant with team members of Chum Power Machinery
Corp (PET Stretch blow molding machines company at Taiwan).
 Done breakdown maintenance of all machine including blow molding, Injection
molding, labeling machine and as well as electrical panel maintenance.
 Done modification in blow molding machines with Chinese members of Mega
machinery (Blow molding company).
 Installation of Gunset (CAT 1320KVA) at Haidri Beverages Pakistan (Franchised of
PEPSICO) also performed its synchronization and its power cabling trough proper DCS
system.
 In Final Year Project we brought a new innovation by presenting an idea of Controlling
Home Appliances through Hand Gestures which is yet emerging technology. We
implement a practical model of house with various electrical appliances installed. The
hardware is connected to PC and is operated by Matlab through Hand gestures
recognition.
