JOB PURPOSE To develop and implement the business & sales strategy and achieve relevant targets by the effective coordination of the local and international
supporting functions.

1. Strategic Direction

2. Operational Control

 Monitor billing and maintain a proactive approach to credit control relationships with clients and peers.
 Periodical update with the OC to help delivery’s planning
 Support the CB in difficult stages of the project
 Oversee key contract negotiations
 Ensure that the JV fulfils all statutory, legal and tax obligations.
 Assess any potential risk arising from changes in legislation
which may affect the business.

3. Business Development

4. Sales and Marketing
 Market penetration
 Devise and update an appropriate sales structure  Brand awareness
 Manage campaigns to strengthen CB’s position in the  Client feedback
