Please Note:
 The Visitor Registration Charges for acquiring right to visit abovementioned exhibitions as per the as per category of Fees paid is
Non-Refundable for inability to visit in the exhibition.
 The Visitor registration charges mentioned above includes the charges for machinery Section also.
 The above mentioned charges are inclusive of GST and the invoice will be issued to the applicant company/firm as provided in
the application.
 GJEPC reserves the right of acceptance of online application from any applicant interested in visiting the show.
 GJEPC reserves the right to admit any pre-registered visitor as per its discretion, even if the visitors’ badges have been issued
and paid for.
 GJEPC reserves the right to temporarily/permanently suspend the entry into the exhibition for any security reasons.
 Persons below the age of 18 years is NOT allowed.
 Photography inside the exhibition is strictly prohibited. Council’s officials reserves the right to confiscate the camera.
 Visitor badge which were blocked due to breach of security norms will not be allowed to visit Council’s any shows in the future.
 EXHIBITING COMPANIES at IIJS Premiere & IIJS Signature show will not be issued VISITOR BADGE. Exhibiting companies may avail
Badges only for Machinery Section & IGJME
 If your company become exhibitor for any show, then your visitor registration for that particular show will get automatically
cancelled and fees paid will not be refunded or adjusted under any circumstances.
 There is NO FACILITY OF SELF-PICKUP for badges. All badges will be sent on the address specified in the shipping address through
courier service. Please do mention COMPLETE ADDRESS WITH PINCODE.
 Badges will be dispatched on the applicant's address, only if applications are received on or before 15th July, 2019
 Badges will be available at the venue for pickup from 6th August, 2019
 Cash/Cheque/DD payment will be not be accepted for visitor registration, you can make payment through online process via
payment gateway only. We at GJEPC aim to support & promote Government of India’s initiative of Digital India.
 Only jewellers and jewellery business people can register through online portal, Associate, non-jewellers is not valid henceforth.
 If in case any employee leaves the company, then it will be owner's responsibility to inform the GJEPC to discontinue the
registration of that employee and company need to withdraw his details from directory
 If in case employee get register for 3 shows and leaves the company, registration cost will not be refunded or replaced in any
circumstances
 6 shows registration will be available only for owner/proprietor/partner

Promotion Council (GJEPC)”.
 I accept that GJEPC reserves the rights of admission to the show.
 I agree and accept that the application will be rejected, if the submitted documents are incomplete and not as per requirement.
 I agree and accept that GJEPC reserves the right to postpone or cancel or transfer or change date, time and the location of the
Exhibition, and I shall have no claim whatsoever in this regard.
 It may please be noted that 3 shows badge is valid till IIJS 2020 & 6 show badge is valid till IIJS Signature 2022
 Visitor needs to Retain 3 show badge till IIJS 2020 & Visitor needs to Retain 6 show badge till IIJS Signature 2022
 In case the visitor misplaces/damages badges duplicate badge charges will be Rs. 600 inclusive of GST
