most respectfully amends her motion dated April 4, 2018, to
wit:

1. On April 4, 2018, through counsel, she filed a Motion

copy furnished to the City Prosecutor’s Office of San
Carlos City.

 2. It was however discovered that captions and named
accused thereon were erroneously indicated in
particular Rhodel Alqueza who was not supposedly
included.

3. That the above-written captions, named accused and

case numbers are the correct information to be
covered by the motion.

4. That the substance in the said Motion is hereby

adopted in toto and it is most respectfully prayed of
this Honorable Court.
