1.1 Install IIS
1.2 Make sure that a designated account has
been setup for read, write and reset password
access to the Active Directory
1.3 Make sure a web certificate is installed in IIS

3 SecurPassword Reset Methods

. 3.1 Start the GUI and select Config
Select “Allow SecurPassword”
3.2 You can use secret questions or existing data
already stored in our LDAP server.
Secret questions can be enabled by selecting “Secret
Questions” in the SecurPassword section.
When a new user is created their first SMS message
will take them to an enrolment page to enter two
answers to secret questions.
OR
Use existing LDAP data can be used by un-selecting
“Secret Questions” and entering up to two prompts and
LDAP attribute names that contain strings to match.
3.3 Carryout a password reset via a secure
Web page. https://servername/password
OR
3.4 Install the Windows Login Agent located in the
Agents\Windows Login Agent directory of this
installation package. Refer to Agents\Windows Login
Agent.pdf for instructions
