Applicable Rates &Taxes: -

Service tax @ as per the rules/laws from time to time, is payable along
with each installment..
 VAT & Registration Charges: As per the rules / laws prevailing at the time
of Registration.
Payment & Other Terms:-
 Initial Booking Advance is Rs.5,00,000 plus service tax= Rs.5,21,750/-
 20% of the Sale Consideration (including booking advance) shall be paid
within 60 days from the date of booking.
 Balance amount shall be paid as per work progress and payment
schedule.
 Parking Allocation is as follows:
2 car parking for 2595 & 2680 SFT flats , 3 car parking for 3430 SFT flats
and 4 car parking for 4070 SFT flats.
Basement-I reserved for Ground to 3rd and 31st to 35th Floors.
Basement-II reserved for 22nd to 30th Floors.
Basement-III reserved for 13th to 21st Floors.
Basement-IV reserved for 4th to 12th Floors.
 The payment should be made by way of Account payee cheque/Demand
Draft/RTGS in favor of “AQUA SPACE DEVELOPERS PRIVATE
LIMITED” payable at Hyderabad.
 All the other terms and conditions shall be applicable as per the
application / Agreement of sale and subject to change without any notice.
