Personality and achieving goals, especially in health:

A while ago someone told me to take a Myers-Briggs personality test b/c my personality seemed very
"unique." They predicted my personality type and after pushing me to do it and take it seriously, my
result was as predicted. An INTJ, nicknamed the architect or mastermind. A strategic thinker, someone
who amasses massive amounts of data and synthezies solutions to reach goals. Someone built to strive
and achieve. I think me talking about life being a video game and sytematically improving all facets of
my "character" (aka myself) is what strongly hinted at my personality.

Anither test I took just recently for work was the Kolbe A Index. It basically assesses what your instincts
or modus operandus (M.O.) in achieveing your goals. My results were Factfinder , Follow Thru , Quick
Start , Implementor . Results being very similar to my personality test results. I'm on the extreme end of
being a strategizer and on extreme end of abstract thought and understanding. Heres a good summary
explaining what Kolbe A results mean.
