Yes. I have heard the news about rise in the prize of pizzas. I feel quite
disappointed about this increase because pizza is my favorite food. I think they

Dear Mr A,

I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction about the fee of each order.

Actually, I am really upset and disappointed with the extra charge.

Since we all have been burden with the VAT lately, most of the prices of food
increase in the market. If your company charge extra cost for each order, the
price will be more expensive. Just imagine the customers who have a moderate
financial background, they can not afford to buy products on your online service.

Moreover, there are many loyal customers to your company and this news will
make them annoyed and they might switch to other online meals service.
Therefore, I suggest that your company should consider your loyal and regular
customers. Your company should also give some special priority or discount for
us.
