As shown on table 1, the responses of the respondents to the questionnaires pertaining to the perception of
grade 12 about their academic track. On the question no. 2, The results showed that in terms of academic track
there were seven (7) clusters, most of ten (10) of STEM respondents have choose their academic track because of
their Career/Course related. Eight (8) per two (2) respondents of ABM have choose their academic track because
of their Career/Course Related, Self-Interest, Peers, and NCAE. Eight (8) of most HUMSS respondents have choose
their academic track because of their Career/Course Related. Eight (8) of most GAS respondents have choose
their academic track because they are Undecided. Therefore, based on the data results that gathered, the main
reason why Grade 12 students choose their academic because of their Career/Course Related.

As shown on table 2, the responses of the respondents to the questionnaires pertaining to the perception of
grade 12 about their academic track. On the question no. 3, The results showed that in terms of academic track
there were three (3) clusters, seven (7) of most STEM respondents have the others influence in choosing their
academic track. While, four (4) of ABM respondents have the family influence in choosing their academic track.
five (5) of HUMSS respondents have the Other influences in choosing their academic track. Four (4) of GAS
respondents have the friends influence in choosing their academic track. Therefore, based on the data results, the
most influenced in choosing academic tracks of Grade 12 students was Others.

As shown on table 3, the responses of the respondents to the questionnaires pertaining to the perception
of grade 12 about their academic track. On the question no. 4, The results showed that in terms of
academic track there were four clusters, five (5) of STEM respondents perceive difficult in choosing their
academic track before. Five (5) of ABM respondents perceive stressful in choosing their academic track
before. Four (4) of HUMSS respondents perceive stressful in choosing this academic track before. Most
of six (6) of GAS respondents perceive easy in choosing their academic track before. Therefore, based on
the data result, most of Grade 12 students perceive their tracks before was stressful.
As shown on table 4, the responses of the respondents to the questionnaires pertaining to the perception
of grade 12 about their academic track. On the question no. 5, The results showed that in terms of
academic track there were five (5) clusters, six (6) of most STEM respondents have influenced their
perception by the factor of subject difficulty towards their academic track. Seven (7) of most ABM
respondents have influenced their perception by the factor of subject difficulty towards their academic
track. Five (5) of most HUMSS respondents have influenced their perception by the factor of School
Activities towards their academic track. Most of five (5) of GAS respondents have influenced their
perception by the factor of Teachers towards their academic track. Therefore, based on the data result that
gathered, the main factor influences the perception of the Grade 12 students is Subject Difficulty.

As shown on table 5, the responses of the respondents to the questionnaires pertaining to the perception
of grade 12 about their academic track. On the question no. 6, The results showed that in terms of
academic track there were eight (8) answers, mostly of STEM respondents (three (3) respondents) have
answered that the factor most influenced their perception was the factor of Giving them a New
Information about their chosen track.

As shown on table 6, the responses of the respondents to the questionnaires pertaining to the perception
of grade 12 about their academic track. On the question no. 6, The results showed that in terms of
academic track there were five (5) answers, mostly of ABM respondents (four (4) respondents) have
answered that the factor most influenced their perception was the factor of Love Challenges about their
chosen track.

of grade 12 about their academic track. On the question no. 6, The results showed that in terms of
academic track there were four (4) answers, mostly of HUMSS respondents (four (4) respondents) have
answered that the factor most influenced their perception was the factor of Influence of their chosen track
to them.

As shown on table 8, the responses of the respondents to the questionnaires pertaining to the perception
of grade 12 about their academic track. On the question no. 6, The results showed that in terms of
academic track there were seven (7) answers, mostly of GAS respondents (two (2) respondents per each)
have answered that the factor most influenced their perception was the factors of where they are suitable,
factor of teaching, and factor of friends about their chosen academic tracks.

of grade 12 about their academic track. On the question no. 7, The results showed that in terms of
academic track there were two (2) answers, mostly eight (8) of STEM respondents have answered a NO
to school works change their perception towards their chosen academic track. Mostly seven (7) of ABM
respondents answer a NO to school works change their perception towards their chosen academic track.
Mostly six (6) of HUMSS respondents answer a YES to school works change their perception towards
their chosen academic track. Mostly six (6) of GAS respondents answer a YES to school works change
their perception towards their chosen academic track. Therefore, based on the data results that gathered,
the school works in academic tracks does not change the perception of the Grade 12 students towards
their academic track.

the perception of grade 12 about their academic track. On the question no. 8, The results showed that in
terms of academic track there were three (3) cluster, four (4) of most STEM respondents choose
performance tasks as one that change their perception towards their academic track. Five (5) of ABM
respondents choose performance tasks as one that change their perception towards their academic track.
Four (4) of HUMSS respondents choose performance tasks as one that change their perception towards
their academic track. Five (5) of most GAS respondents choose performance tasks as one that change
their perception towards their academic track. Therefore, based on the data results that gathered, the main
school works that changed the perception of the Grade 12 students who answer YES was Performance
Task.

As shown on table 10, the responses of the respondents to the questionnaires pertaining to the perception
of grade 12 about their academic track. On the question no. 9, the results showed that in terms of
academic track there were four (4) clusters, six (6) of STEM respondents perceive their academic tracks
as difficult now in Grade 12. Five (5) of ABM respondents perceive their academic track as difficult now
in Grade 12. Seven (7) of most HUMSS respondents perceive their academic track as difficult now in
Grade 12. Four (4) of GAS respondents perceive Their academic track as easy now in Grade 12.
Therefore, based on the data results that gathered, most of the Grade 12 students perceive their academic
track as difficult now.

of grade 12 about their academic track. On the question no. 10, The results showed that in terms of
academic track there were two (2) possible answers, three (3) of most STEM respondents answer YES by

academic track there were two (2) possible answers, all of the HUMSS respondents answer YES by many
