About us

Bueco Co., Ltd. is established by Mr. Wang, Mr. Ouyang and an excellent engineers' team
who is in leading companies of HVAC business for more than a decade in July 2016.

We focus on the air cooled water chiller, air source heat pump, water cooled water chiller,
ground source heat pump, air handling unit, fan coil unit, rooftop packaged unit, cooling
tower and other HVAC accessories. We have two workshops, total 30000 m2 workshop
area, one for chiller of big size, and another for rooftop packaged unit and chiller of small
size, and two laboratories, one is specially for the water chiller, another for the rooftop
packaged unit etc., all the parameter and performance can be tested. All products will be
tested before delivery.

The product quality is controlled with excellent engineer team, production workers and
testing facilities, and the production equipment is also important, our CNC machine, fin
punching machine etc., are imported from Amada, Japan, which give high precision of
process and quick production speed.

We got the national 1st level qualification license on mechanical, electrical equipment
installation, 2nd level qualification license on air purification engineering. The company is
ISO9001, ISO14001, QHSAS18001 certified. Our products have the National Certificate
of Refrigeration Equipment Production, 3C China Compulsory Certificate, CRAA China
Refrigeration Industry Performance Certificate and air handling unit is AHRI certified.

 Product Overview

BCF-K1 series cassette fan coil unit is a one way cassette fan coil unit, with remote controller, built in
condensed water pump, which is popular in different buildings.

Product features

1. One Way air flow, which is easy to be installed in the side of ceiling

2. Slim body can be installed in limited space ( Body thickness is 235mm)

 4. Auto swing, wide air flowing range, air flowing height up to 3.5m, air delivery angle up to 50o.

5. Horizontal air diffuser can be adjusted by manual.

6. Quiet running
Using double axial extension fan, operation is more stable.

7. High lift water drained pump (750mm), easy to plan the condensed water drain pipe.

8. Water level switch inside to keep away leakage

After the water raising to a certain position, the float switch will act and alarm, then the unit will cut off
the water valve or stop the fan motor.

 9. Fresh air can be input from outside
Fresh air inlet can intake some fresh air from outside and ensure the indoor air quality. The user can share
the fresh and clean air to lessen illness caused by air conditioner.

10. Easy installation, low installation cost

No air ducting required, comparing with concealed duct fan coil unit.

11. Fan and fan motor is easy to maintain

13. The water inlet/outlet connection direction (left or right) can be customized.

To distinguish the water inlet/water outlet pipe of the fan coil unit, will reduce the working hours of
piping layout and optimize the space.

There are both cooling and heating water coils inside the unit, so the unit can deal with cooling or heating
at the same time.

 Installation and maintenance

Installation
Take out the unit’s manual and packaging list before the installation. Check the product’s model and
the components as well as the shell. Open the access door and turn the fans with hand, if there is any collision
sound, tackle the problem in time.

Heat exchanger adopts up-in & down-out style (water inlet at down side and water outlet at the up
side). The pipeline needs exclusive supporter, and not to allow it bear the weight of unit. Stop valve should be
equipped on water inlet pipe and outlet pipe to adjust water flow or turn off it in maintenance. Equip filter at
inlet pipe to discharge sundries, equip air discharge valve at the highest point of system and water discharge
valve at the lowest point. The lowest pipe is the drain pipe for condensed water, which should be connected
with U type pipe before the sewer, because of the negative pressure factor. (Refer the water sealing diagram)

There should be flexible connection between pipes and the unit, and exclusive supporter should be
provided to the pipe, not to allow it bear the weight of unit.

Maintenance

Drain out the water completely, and blow all the water in coil with compressed air to avoid damage
caused by freezing when no running the machine in winter.
Fill the coil with water when in season not in use, to reduce rusting, and it must be completely drained out
to avoid damage caused by freezing in winter.
Water within the system should be clean, and it’s better to be dematerialized water.
