I. Objectives:
At the end of one hour discussion , 90% of the class is expected to have at least
90% level mastery in:
 Personal hygiene practices
 Hand washing techniques
 Practicing Personal hygiene in the work place

III. Learning procedure
A. Activity
Hand clapping game (Bahay Kubo)
Instructions: The teacher will ask the students to form a group composing of
four members. Each group must recall the popular-larong lahi game;Bahay
kubo. The first group that will be able to present the game in front of the class,
wins.
B. Analysis

It is important that students may be able to understand that simple hand to


hand contact to others may promote bacteria. Students must understand that
even by playing an ordinary hand clapping game; one may acquire bacteria.
The importance of informing the students on proper hand washing is essential.
This lesson will help them understand the following:

o Personal hygiene practices


o Hand washing techniques
o Practicing Personal hygiene in the work place

IV. Agreement
For your assignment. In order to practice the Personal Hygiene Practices
Bring your materials, tools, supplies and (PPE) for the first cooking activity of
the class.
