In the beginning of the module, I learned how to identify similarities and differences in classroom

teaching and teacher-training, recognize the audience as colleagues and discuss considerations for
planning the training, I learned to do the need analysis and do course outline. As a teacher we had to
write objectives, design assessment and plan activities and need to change them a bit to fit to our
training course needs. It is important to find your own classroom management technique that will help
you engage and motivate students.

Classroom management is important in achieving goals in specific period of time. As a teacher, our goal
is to give practical ideas, tools and activities that will make our students lives easier. I also learned that
pitch means you will need to show off how convincing you can be. The purpose of pitch is to explain why
your training is needed and how it will help your colleagues. Pitch is important so you can convince your
stakeholders. Stakeholders are people who are affected by your training. They play a role in deciding if
your training is a good one and we need to identify the stakeholders in order to plan a pitch.

I learned that during the planning and preparation stages, we create an evaluation plan based on our
initial course goals and objectives.

When creating an evaluation form, we should choose question types that are best for collecting the
information we want to get. We must not ask for participants names when making a survey form. It is
important to choose evaluation tools so goals can achieve. Training will improve overtime as you repeat
the process. I learned also that I need to revise lesson plan after I teach a class , so the lesson will
improve next time I teach. In making a survey form, I learned also that closed question are usually easier
and faster for participants to answer.

The biggest challenges I encountered while I’m conducting this training is our slow internet. I need to
wake up very early so I can finish the module.
