With respect to what you mentioned, there is a solution to resolve this problem. it is Enhanced PW.

The steps how to create an Enhanced PW should be tried by yourself. I just direct the way to make it successfully
according to the graph you attached.

Firstly, choose the A/Z node

Secondly, the route between A and Z should be cut into several pieces.
Thirdly, create 3 LSPs for each group. Normally, as to group1 and group3, you can define LSP 1:1 mode because of its
ring topology.
（According to the above graph, create a 1:1 LSP from 10.121.15.129 to 10.121.15.130, create a normal LSP from
10.121.15.130 to 10.121.16.200, create a 1:1 LSP from 10.121.16.200 to 10.121.16.198）
Fourthly, create 3 PWs over each above LSP.
Fifthly, create and end-2-end E-line service.
