Subject: UKIE Membership Cut-off & Election Schedule

This is to duly notify all UKIE overseas teams, MC’s and members, that in response to the numerous
emails received by OIC, requesting extension in the membership cut off dates, the PTI Overseas Election
Commission in consultation with Office of International Chapters (OIC) is pleased to announce extension
to membership cut off to enable respective teams continue their efforts to expand member network.

Membership & Election Dates

The new election dates are hereby as follows;
Membership Cut-Off: Sunday, July 28, 2019 (end of day)
Regional Election Date: Friday, September 20, 2019
National Election: Within 2-3 weeks of regional election results

UKIE Regions
As per by-laws published the following will be the electoral regions for IPE-2019 in UKIE;
1. East England 2. East Midlands 3. East of Scotland
4. London 5. North East 6. North West
7.South East 8. South West 9. Wales
10. West Midlands 11. West of Scotland 12. Yorkshire & Humberside

Detailed Election Schedule

Election Commission hopes that all regions will endeavor to meet their minimum criteria for them to be
eligible to have an intra-party election. Further guidance on election process will be published in due
course of the process.
