Mid Year Review by Self

• If any of your KPAs need to be modified during mid year, request


your Reporting Officer(RO) to reset your KPA status to draft mode
through Inbox/Reporting/KPA option.
• Please ensure that you have modified your KPAs and they have
been approved by RO before starting Mid Review.
• All employees should enter their Mid Year Achievements through ‘My
Mid Yr Review’ option.
• The Mid Review Screen displays KPAs one at a time.
• Click on ‘Edit Achievements’ to enter the achievements and click on
‘Save’ to save them.
• You can go to the next KPA by selecting ‘Next’, to last KPA by
selecting ‘Last’ and previous KPA by selecting ‘Prev’.
• Once the achievements for all the KPAs applicable in the first half of
KPA Year are entered, click on ‘Submit’ button. After submitting you
will not be able to modify/enter any achievement.

Performance Review Discussion (PRD) by RO

• After the subordinate has submitted his achievements, the RO should


complete PRD through Inbox/Reporting/Mid Review/PRD option.
PRD button is enabled only when the subordinate has submitted his
Mid Year Review.
• Performance Review Discussion between RO and subordinate
should be based on :
a)Achievements of last 6 months
b)Thrust Area for next 6 months
c)Strengths & Weaknesses
Summary of this discussion can be entered only by RO by clicking
‘PRD’ button.
• Maximum length of each comment is 2000 characters, any number of
comments can be entered. Click on ‘Save’ button after entering each
comment.
• Click on ‘Submit’ button to complete PRD.
Mid Year Review by RO

• RO can enter Mid Review comments after completing PRD, through


Inbox/Reporting/Mid Review option
• The Mid Review Screen displays KPAs one at a time.
• Click on ‘Edit Remarks’ to enter the remarks/comments and click on
‘Save’ to save them.
• Go to the next KPA by selecting ‘Next’, to last KPA by selecting
‘Last’ and previous KPA by selecting ‘Prev’.
• Once the remarks/comments for all the KPAs applicable in the first
half of KPA Year are entered, click on ‘Submit’ button. After
submitting you will not be able to modify/enter any remark.

PRD by Subordinate

• PRD button in the ‘My Mid Yr Review’ screen gets enabled when
the RO completes PRD.
• Click on ‘PRD’ button to view the PRD summary as entered by RO.
• Select either ‘Accept’ or ‘Disagree’ and enter comments (2000
characters max.), if any.
• Click on ‘Submit’ to complete PRD.
