Objective
To state the procedures and guidelines for rewarding those employees of COMPANY,
who help identify and attract suitable and competent talent in order to meet our resource
requirements at an optimum cost.
Eligibility
All current employees of XYZ of the Company are covered under this policy.
Exemptions
Procedure:
In case the resume is already available in the data bank the referral process will be
terminated at this stage.
1. In order to be eligible for the payout for referral fee, referred candidates must:
(b) The referrer needs to fill up the employee referral form and submit to the
HR department. Referral forms can be obtained from Exchange Server.
(c) Recruitment will be based on standred procedure and based on position for
that vacancy available for.
2. If the referred candidate is hired, the referrer is eligible to claim a referral fee as
per the parameters defined in policy. These fees are a matter of change time to
time based on the business and economic needs of XYZ Web Tech Ltd.
Parameters:
b) The remaining 50 % of the referral fee will be paid to referrer, after the referee
has completed 3 months in the company.
4. The referrer must be employed with XYZ Web Tech Ltd on the payroll for this
payment to be made. The payment will become due to the referrer on the next
regular payroll date.
6. XYZ Web Tech Ltd will not enter into any debate with an employee who has
unsuccessfully referred a personal contact. In the event of any dispute, the
decision of the CEO will be final.
7. All recommendations made by XYZ Web Tech Ltd employees must come from
their personal contacts / connections and not through any recruitment agency.
Check with the Human Resources department time to time for current
referral fees.
