COMMENTS DURING MOCK UP VIEWING 03-07-19

SCOPE OF WORK
CLOSET
. Two doors every closet (UPPER DOOR ,LOWER DOOR ).

. provision of 2 sets of PADLOCKS in one closet for a total of 8 sets of Padlocks for 4-closets.

. Put handle Total of 8 pcs handles for 4 closets. (for UPPER & LOWER door).

. Put hanger rod inside every closet.

. Remove the drawer at the lower part of closet and remain the shelve.
DOUBLE DECK BEDFRAME

Vertical post of railing at the upper deck should only be three to be placed at both corner and the center and
railing should be placed outside the edge of bedframe.

. Remain the height of bed frame as per actual mock up (from FFL to top of RAIL measure at 1800mm.)

. Additional headboard for the upper bed of double deck.

Put 3-steps only at the ladder and should not be slanted, placed it perpendicular to bedframe.

Bed frame brace support should only be 2 at the center.

DESK TABLE AREA

Lighting at the top of desk table should be placed center of the cove and the switch should be align the
outlet located at the front of desk table.
. COVELIGHT with height of 50mm.
. H-type shelve at desk table should be removed then continue the covelight from end to end.
. Window should be align with the height of main door,
. at the same time the ACU should be moved also.

jalousie design should be remain with addition of grills outside.

. BREAKER should be placed at the top of ACU on the right side.

. On the ceiling 2 LIGHTING ONLY at the hall (1 at the center of stUdy area,and the other one is in the center
of bed area) both with horizontal orientation.
TOILET AREA

. TOTAL WIDTH of toilet inside would be extended outside to 50mm. It should be measure at 950mm inside.
. at the same time moved also the main door outside the toilet to 50mm also going right side.
. Placed the sliding door of toilet inside, with exposed top rail.
. shower partition 300mm W X 1500mm H.
. Make mock up of Ramp sink, wait for the details to be send by architech uly.
