Engaging in Corporate Social Responsibility means that, in the normal course of

business, a company is operating in ways that enhance society and the environment, instead of
contributing negatively to them. Just like Tee Sprite Inc. that adopt Corporate Social
responsibility have grown their business to the point where they can give back to society.
My reaction on what I’ve read about Tee Sprite Inc. is that I notice Tee sprite Inc. takes
its consideration in ethical wherein their business were treating their employees and customers
fairly and ethically.
They have shared values norms and goals to regulate employees’ behaviour and
customers’ satisfaction. Also I can say that they also performed philanthropic responsibility
because they’ve practiced corporate social responsibility by filling the level of satisfaction of
customers by giving them a proper service and well product.
And the last thing is I can see that Tee Sprite Inc. really adopts corporate social
responsibility wherein the company gives an opportunity to those who have disabilities. They
give them a chance to make their life better and productive. They also make them feel that their
life is not worthless.
I think other businesses will also practice corporate social responsibility so that our
economy will grow and the number of unemployed will decrease because businesses creates
employment and they improve the quality of the lives of people. People in the society, abled or
receive a profit, wages or salary.
I can say that it’s a win-to-win situation. So, corporate social responsibility is where
companies benefiting themselves and society as well. I can apply the quote in the bible, acts
20:35 it says ―I have shown you in all things that by working hard in this way, you must assist
those who are weak and must keep in mind the words of the Lord Jesus, when he himself said:
There is more happiness in giving than there is in receiving”,
So I agree and I owe what Tee Sprite Inc. performed, by giving an opportunities to those
person with disabilities, and female victims of domestic abuse. They give them a healthy work
environment that makes them productive members of society. Hoping people will be inspired
and be motivated since there is a hope for everything. And businesses will also adopt Corporate
social Responsibility because the company and the society benefits on each other.
