 Primarily perform post process analyzing and documenting reports for all KPI TEST scenarios for the network
performance management (Availability, Accessibility, Retainability, Mobility, Utilization & Service Integrity.
 Have sound knowledge of NAS Signaling, Different logical layers and call processing concepts on LTE
technology.
 Analysis of cluster drives and providing solutions for drop cases, LTE integrity, LTE Retainability, Throughput
issues.
 RRC attempts, RRC Failures, CS/PS RAB attempts, CS/PS RAB failures, Data only (DO) & (CSFB) Drives

 Actively done LTE Parameters audits- LAC/TAC, SIB19, INTEGRATION.

 Monitoring KPI’s for new sites and take appropriate action to improve the network TCH & SD drops, TCH
& SD blocking, Handover over success rate.
 Optimization using parameters: Handover Control, Power control, Radio link Control, Frequency, Paging,
Cell access, distance and network function parameters, Margins and threshold controlling.
 Cell parametric optimization: BA list, Full & half rate distribution, SD slot addition, BCCH or SD slot
shifting, AMR codec, neighbor addition & deletion.
 Migration planning of the sites and database preparation to migrate the sites.
 Improving Network C/I and Frequency planning by using Schema tool.

 DATA Optimization:-

 Maintaining Good Data KPIs.

 Monitoring and rectification of sleeping cells and data services related alarms.
 Capacity enhancement through necessary actions like TRX addition, Expansion plan etc.
 Parameter modification for higher GPRS/EDGE thru put as per customer requirement.
 Removing data related alarms and reset sleeping cells of GPRS.

 Customer Complaints:-

 Includes making necessary changes to minimize customer complaints & providing best possible solution for
customer satisfaction by CES activity (Coverage enhancement solution).
 Meeting with customer to share the necessary actions to improve the KPI as well as to reduce the poor
coverage patch.
 Handle and resolve data complaints with proper checks of data parameter settings and other necessary
action according to requirement
 Monthly cluster visit for customer meet, to check continuously worst performing cells and critical cases form
network point of view.

TECHNICAL SKILL
 Single Site Verification : check BCCH, CI, LAC, PS DL Throughput, Rx Level, Rx Quality, SQI & CI Worst.
 Drive test analysis and statistics analysis 2G KPI (HOSR, CCSR, CDR, Coverage plot RX Quality, Speech
Quality Index and Analysis Downlink Interference).
 Network Optimization on the basis of KPI e.g. - SD Block, SD Drop, TCH Blocking and TCH Drop.
 Plan and fine tune the orientation and down tilt of the antenna to ensure proper signal distribution and
eliminate rapid signal change conditions in the target area.
 Capacity/Hotspot Planning: Reduce coverage overlap, site closest to hotspot to minimize TX power.
 Capacity Analysis and Solution Recommendation, Planning and implementation of features related to
network capacity including parameter planning, post implementation analysis and Management Reporting.
 LAC/RAC Planning and Optimization in line with growing traffic trends.
 Counter level KPI’s optimization with parameter tuning via interfacing with Winfoil at various level BSC,
BTS, TRX, Power Control, Handover.

 Perform drive test for new sites (SCFT) for Coverage and Capacity check & generate report for the drive.
