as herein specified and shown on plans. Price for system shall
A include all required equipment accessories, pipe sleeves &
Escutcheons, Equipment identification, tools & spare parts,
protective painting of all systems ...etc

Specification, drawings, and bill of quantities are

B complimentary and are to be taken together for complete
interpretations of the work.

In case of conflict between contract document, please refer to
the engineer for clarification.

Quantities, include in this bill of quantities is for guidance, the

D contractor shall check and verify all quantities.

The contractor should include in his offer all required materials

E needed for optimum operation whatever or not mentioned in the
bill of quantity.
Responsibility of contractor is to ensure that all works are in
F conformity with international stated codes and local
regulations.
The specification, the accompanying drawings and bill of
quantities, are intended to secure the provisions of all material,
G labor equipment, and services necessary to install complete,
tested, ready for operation and set to work the fire fighting
systems in accordance with the specifications and drawings.

air handling units according to the schedules and specifications
including accessories,components,supply fan, cooling coil,bag
filter,prefilter, dampers, earthing ,steel base and frame, shut-off
valves, balancing valve, drainage valves, vent valves, strainer,
neoprene connectors, thermometers pressure gauges, piping
required to be connected with the system include fittings,
flanges, bolts, nuts, gaskets, supports and paint, Rubber pads,
sealers for leakage, thermal insulation complete with cladding, ‫ تكون من الداخل‬، ‫لتوصيلت الصاج‬treated aluminum fins
tags, labels, flow indicators and color code finishing, duct
connection and flexible duct at supply and fresh air intake. See
arrangement drawing, and detail drawings.
