Apply: Group 3 – Given the sample chemicals, demonstrate the proper way of sanitizing and
cleaning tools and equipment.

- Each group will be given a Manila paper and a marker. In three minutes, they need to
answer the given question.
Why is it important that you have knowledge in using chemicals for sanitizing and cleaning

Each group will make a replica of the tools and equipment and the chemicals used to sanitize them
using the recyclable materials brought in class. These will serve as props for the demonstration.
Once the props are done, two to three members of the group will demonstrate the proper way of
maintaining the tools and equipment through sanitizing and cleaning using the appropriate type of
chemicals.
