2) Heimlich Heroes™, a non-profit program of the Deaconess Foundation which prepares and trains people to recognize
and respond to a choking emergency, has been awarded $45,000 in grant monies that will go towards continued
outreach within local schools throughout the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky region.

What are the names of the school districts that have approved this pending outreach and on what dates did they grant approval?

3) Has the pending training program been approved by the OH and/or KY departments of education? If so, on what dates?

4) Would you please send me a copy of the training materials, both written and video, that will be used in the training described
in your press release?

5) Does the Heimlich Heroes program have a medical advisor? If so, what is her/his name?

6) What are the names of the licensed physicians, if any, who designed the training program?

7) Are any of the program's instructors certified first aid trainers? If so, what are their names? Would you please send me copies
of their most recent certifications?

8) When and where did program director Terri Huntington (quoted in your press release) most recently complete a certified
first aid training class? Would you please send me a copy of her certificate of completion?

9) On July 19, I e-mailed these questions to Ms. Huntington:

According to recent e-mails I received from the office of Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine in response to my
June 5, 2019 inquiry http://tinyurl.com/y6myonkp the governor's Deputy Chief of Staff Michael
Murry phoned you and shared with you the thoroughly-documented concerns in my letter. That
is, your program is teaching the public to perform at least two unapproved, experimental medical
treatments in life-or-death emergencies that may seriously injure babies and others: the Heimlich
maneuver (abdominal thrusts) on choking infants and on unconscious choking victims.
 1) As a result of Mr. Murry's call or for other reasons, does your program intend to make any
changes to your training program? If so, please explain.

2) Re: your participation in this expert panel about health inequities scheduled for tomorrow at
Public Library of Cincinnati and Hamilton County

I haven't received her reply so I don't know if she received my e-mail. Would you please ask Ms. Huntington
