SENIOR OPERATIONS
MANAGER

• At least Degree in Business Management/ Administration/ Sales or related field

• Minimum 3-5 years’ work experience in related field
• Computer oriented (good knowledge in Microsoft Office package)
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English
• Excellent planning and time management skills
• Technical aptitude and working knowledge of marine industry or of a relevant
field would be an advantage
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Team oriented Industrial experience & qualification will be an advantage

MAINTENANCE MANAGER ENGINEER

• At least 5 years of experience maintaining a fleet of vessels
• Able to generate maintenance schedules
• Able to manage a team of Engineers/Mechanics
• Strong knowledge or solid understanding of technical aspects of
plumbing, electrical systems, engineering concepts, including
hydraulic and mechanical systems etc.
• Ability to troubleshoot, interpret blueprints, specifications and
schematics.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively
• Ability to lift heavy loads with physical agility and manual dexterity
• Industrial experience & qualification will be an advantage
• At least 3 proven practical marine engine maintenance and boat
operations experience
• Knowledge of maintenance and repair of inboard diesel engines
(200hp plus)
• Should be familiar with diesel inboards such as Volvo, Yanmar and
Iveco
• Should be familiar with two (2) stroke and four (4) stroke outboard
engines including Mercury, Mariner and Yamaha
• Willing to work long hours
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively
• Ability to lift heavy loads with physical agility and manual dexterity
• Industrial experience & qualification will be an advantage

WATER SPORTS MANAGER PURCHASING OFFICER

(Speaks Chinese)

•Must be an Instructor with VDWS license

Minimum GCE O level or equivalent 
•Must have inboard and outboard driving license
1 (one) Year of experience in relevant field.
•Must have EFR certification
Knowledge of Procurement Procedures
•Minimum 1-2 years’ work experience in related field
Knowledge of Finance Procedures would be an added advantage
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English
Good Verbal and Written English Communication Skills
•Excellent planning and time management skills
Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software
•Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively
Industrial experience & qualification will be an advantage
•Team oriented Industrial experience & qualification will be an
advantage
