To our community partners who gave their untiring support to our school,
the LGU officials, local organizations, alumni, the mayor, parents and other
stakeholders, have a good day.

I wholeheartedly thankful for all of you for coming. I’m about to present to
you the State of the School Address for S/Y 2016-2017. We will take a look back to
what we have been successfully done this school year, and I’m joyful to say that it
was a very wonderful year.

This year we have 1, 375 enrolees which is actually still an average number
of enrolment of our school, however we have a smaller enrolment this year
compare to the 1, 473 enrolment last year, but because of the power of
perseverance of supporting and encouraging our learners of our beloved teachers
and of course you my dear parents and guardians we were able to minimize the
number of drop outs from 11 down to 5, congratulations to all of us for that and
I’m encouraging everyone to continue this diligence of you and the cooperation of
us so we can achieve that zero drop out. The promotion rate for this school year is
96% which is actually a fair number but of course we would like the 100%. The
average grade of our learners range from 82% to 85 %. Most of our pupils has a
normal nutritional status and thanks for our Feeding Program and our local health
department.
 Regarding the learning-teaching materials we know that we are lacking some
of them though there were issued LM’s and textbooks it’s still not enough to
support all the subject in all grade levels, and this we hope should be provided by
DepEd on the following years. The classroom, seats, and comfort rooms we have
definitely no shortage of them.

The teachers were encourage to attend different trainings for their

professional development mostly K-12 related seminars. Their talent of mentoring
and coaching are evidenced by our school achievements in sports and academic
competitions district, congressional, division, regional even national

We had a fund raising and the proceeds are for the new feeding utensils and
cabinet in feeding room which helps a lot for the convenience of the preparation
of the foods for our feeding program beneficiaries. The SPG also gave their support
to school now we have the athletic urn which is annually used for our district
athletic meet.

Out of all our achievements, shortcomings, and challenges we should not

stop to do more, to give more effort, to continue our collaboration to improve what
has to be improve to address what has to be address to achieve our common goal
and that is to provide an excellent learning environment and to produce a
functionally literate individuals who are fully equipped for the next challenges
ahead of them.

Unity is a key to success, indeed. Thank you.
