BODY OF REPORT
This week was our schedule to reshuffle in our respective designated offices, I that was formerly
assigned at Logistics Office was assigned to PRM office together with the 2 CSU IT students. On our first
day at PRM office, we were oriented by CJINSP Miranda about our tasks and how the office works and
she said that this office was the busiest compared to other offices. My first task that CJINSP. Miranda
given to me was to serve as a route of communication to other offices. On next day, we sorted the SALN
of BJMP personnels alphabetically. On the 3rd day, we were assigned to aid the Jail Officers on organizing
the BJMP applicants on their Neuro Psychiatric examination and on the the last day, we were assigned
to sort the IPCR forms of the BJMP personnels.

Activities:
1. Routing BJMP papers
2. Sort the Statement of Assets, Liabilities, and Net Worth (SALN) form of the BJMP personnels
3. Sort the Individual Performance Commitment and Review (IPCR) form of the BJMP
personnels
4. Every 1st and 3rd weekly Flag Ceremony.

BODY OF REPORT
This week was our first time to undergo the On the Job Training Program and we were assigned
at Bureau of Jail Management and Penology Regional Office II. We were oriented by JO1 Honelyn D.
Arao on how the office works, the behaviour of the personnels and introduced us to the Head of BJMP
regional office II. We were also discussed about on how the BJMP personnels grade us, our limitation on
accessing their files and our grooming. Afterwards we were assigned into our designated offices. I was
assigned at Logistics office where JO1 Tuppil oriented us about their office, our task and assignments
and also introduced us to their superiors. My assignment given by JO1 Tuppil was to observe and serve
as a route of communication to other offices.
Activities:
1. Observe the works and activities of the BJMP personnel assigned at the Logistics Office.
2. Route the BJMP papers to the other offices.

BODY OF REPORT
This week was seem similar to the first week in terms of my task and my assignments. I was feel
comfortable on routing papers and mix with Jail Officers and to other interns from CSU. I learned some
morals and values from my superiors, I learned their sacrifices and also inspired us to join BJMP after we
pass the Criminology Licensure Examination. This week was not so busy in works but I learned a lot
about values that made me more motivated to finish this semester.
Activities:
1. Observe the works and activities of the BJMP personnel assigned at the Logistics Office.
2. Route the BJMP papers to the other offices.

Learning Insights:
1. Learn on how the Logistics office works.
2. Learn to know the places of the other offices and their superiors

BODY OF REPORT
On February 4, 2019 was our first time to undergo the On the Job Training Program and we
were assigned at Headquarters Cagayan Police Provincial Office. We were oriented by SPO1 Sherwin P.
Marcos on how the office works, the behaviour of the personnels and introduced us to the Head of
CPPO. We were also discussed about on how the CPPO personnels grade us, our limitation on accessing
their files and our grooming.
Activities:
1. Orientation about CPPO office, personnel, and their job.
2. PNP drills

BODY OF REPORT
On February 18, 2019, was our 3rd week at Headquarters Cagayan Police Provincial Office. We
was tasked by our police supervisor to conduct foot patrol on different schools and Universities
(University of St Louis, Cathedral Church, Tuguegarao Science High School, St Paul University of the
Philippines and John Wesley College)foot patrolling is the modern day policing of the police officers, it
increase police visibility in busy areas, enhance the citizens, students feeling safety. The routine police
foot patrol was an effective restraining or way to police efficiency and effectiveness. We were task to
observe the traffic, list number of CCTV in different establishment where we are assigned in our patrol
beat, number of fire hydrant, number of manhole.

Activities:
1. Peace Rally
2. Earthquake drill
Learning Insights:
1. ON dismissal of the students the traffic is congested
2. Every business establishment mush have CCTV’s for security
3. Police Officers on the different areas pre-empts criminal activities.
Problems Encountered:
1. Traffic congested due to double parking of vehicles on both side of the road
2. The tricycle drivers lack discipline for neglect on traffic signs regarding the loading and
unloading of the passengers during rush hours
3. The CCTV’s of some business establishment is not working or low images definition

On February 6, 2019 was our first time to undergo the On the Job Training Program and we
were assigned at Bureau of Jail Management and Penology Regional Office II. We were oriented by JO1
Honelyn D. Arao on how the office works, the behaviour of the personnels and introduced us to the
Head of BJMP regional office II. We were also discussed about on how the BJMP personnels grade us,
our limitation on accessing their files and our grooming.

BODY OF REPORT
This 2nd week of our OJT was nearly similar to the first week in terms of my task and my
assignments. I was feel fine on routing papers and mix with Jail Officers and to other interns from CSU. I
learned good behaviour from my superiors, I learned their sacrifices and also inspired us to join BJMP
after we pass the Criminology Licensure Examination. This week was not so busy in works but I learned a
lot about values that made me more motivated to finish this semester.

This week was our schedule to re-designate to other office, I that was previously assigned at
Investigation Office was assigned to Logistic office together with my buddy. My first task that Maam
Jarissa Cebes given to me was to serve as a route of communication to other offices. On the 3rd day, we
were assigned to aid the Jail Officers on organizing the BJMP applicants on their Neuro Psychiatric
examination, and sorted the medicine.

Activities:
1. Routing BJMP papers
2. Every 1st and 3rd weekly Flag Ceremony.
