(a) abide by the terms of the registration certificate granted to us on all our
exports;

(b) agree to abide by any code of conduct that may be prescribed;

Registering authority by 15th day of the months following the quarter.

11. We further understand that our registration is liable to be canceled in the event of
breach of any of the undertakings mentioned above.

1. A self certified copy of the IEC Number issued by the regional licensing authority concerned.
2. A self certified copy of the Permanent Account Number (PAN) issued by the competent authority.
3. Membership Fee in favor of “Services Export Promotion Council” by way of Demand Draft payable at New Delhi
or Cheque payable at par at all Branches for membership fee as applicable (Please refer Note 2 below).
Alternatively, the appropriate fee can be deposited in local branch of IDBI Bank favoring Services Export Promotion
Council, Current account number 167104000118514, Branch New Friends Colony, New Delhi, RTGS/NEFT Code:
IBKL0000167 and send a clear copy of the deposit slip duly attested by Gazetted Officer or original deposit slip duly
affixed by bank stamp be enclosed along with the application.
4. A self certified copy of company’s MOA (For Private Limited/Limited company/institutional/Corporate).
5. A self certified copy of company’s Partnership Deed (For Partnership company/Individual Ordinary).
6. Last 3 years’ Services Export Data (Foreign Exchange Earnings) duly self certified and also certified by Chartered
Accountant of company (as required at point No. 9 in the application form).
7. A self certified copy of Board Resolution or Power of Attorney issued in favour of signing authority whose name is
not mentioned in IEC/RCMC/Memorandum of the company.
8. As per para 2.95 of Handbook of Procedures RCMC shall be deemed to be valid from 1st April of licensing year in
which it was issued and shall be valid for five years ending 31st March, of the licensing year, unless otherwise
specified. After completion of five membership renewal (according to 1st April, of licensing year to 31st March of
licensing year).
9. Membership with SEPC would be continuing for each and every year without any gap. In case of any gap in
membership renewal, a declaration and clarification would be submitted with genuine reason along with application
fee for gap year’s membership renewal.
10. SEPC members, whose membership has not been renewed for last five years, at the time of membership
renewal would pay onetime admission fee + membership renewal fee for preceding years during which RCMC was
not renewed + applicable service tax for the same.
