After 17 years of working with your companies, it's the second time I've been writing to you.

Over the years, in addition to my responsibilities, I have helped as well as I could do with
your companies and with items irrespective of where I was hired. It is common ground that I was
entrusted with doing it in the best possible way, given that it was something outside my subject.
Since February 2017, when your father passed away, I undertook additional tasks, like other
colleagues, which were necessary for the smooth operation and survival of the company. It was
necessary to be able to cope with and help the company to the benefit of all of us, to study, to ask, to
search for solutions to customers, to answer questions regarding technical characteristics and
calculations (DODONI, ALPHA ESTATE, etc .) which your father would have been doing earlier or
together in co-operation.
Personally, I think everything was smooth and maybe better than the past, something that
can also be inferred from the financial results. For those two ½ years, I did not find any interest "from
the company" and for this I think there was little improvement in the small but rather worse situation
in most sectors.
After all this, it is time to claim my right, for the first time, for two issues that concern me.
First of all, I would like to remind you that since the beginning of the economic crisis, I have
received many injustices, mainly financial, in relation to other colleagues, something you know very
well (moreover you can see in my letter on 08/09/2013). As a result of these injustices and despite
the little effort that you paid (300 € / month) for one year, it is your company owes you € 26,226.05,
ie 21.5 months. For this amount, I never occupied you, even though I saw in other cases, for smaller
debts, you have bigger amounts and with the company's money to pay a lot of expenses that do not
belong to it. At the rate you have chosen, that is 300 € / month, your debt will be repaid to me at
87.4 months (ie 7 years and 3 months). Given that, as I mentioned above, the company's money is
paid for a lot of expenses that do not belong to it, please consider my topic in order to find the best
possible solution and not a solution that will only benefit the company and you personally.
The second and equally important issue concerns my monthly salary, which has remained
stable for more than ten (10) years. Over the years, my work and my experience have multiplied. In
the years before the financial crisis, the company made increases to all employees and higher
increases where the company (that is, your father) considered it. In the years of the financial crisis, as
in many companies, increases were frozen. Over the years, no one has requested an increase
respecting the general economic situation. In recent years, however, the company is in a financial
position that can also serve debts of the past, which is largely due to the employees who remained in
the company and the good name of the companies
 your father's companies in terms of the quality of their construction. My opinion is that the
company (that is, you) should have recognized this effort of several workers, but that is something
that I do not regard as having anything to do with colleagues. But it is about my own future.
From 2013, apart from all the other work, I started to help in the "piece" of the bids. Starting
with 2014 with your father's help, who gave his knowledge to all employees and you, as well as a
very personal study within and outside of my schedule, I began to get more and more of the costing
and drafting of offers and consequently by sales. Over the years, most of the bids for difficult or
complex projects were completed in collaboration with your father with M.Tzanou, due to experience
and good technical training. Also in difficult offers or bids for which calculations were required, help
and cooperation with your father was valuable. Over the past two and a half years, in all of this
"piece" of bids, I'm desperately lonely, except in some cases that I'm working with M.Tzanou. In
addition to compiling the bids I undertake, I assist - supervise - also check for the preparation of
almost all other bids. In order to cope with this important sector of the company, the experience I
gained next to your father, the help from colleagues (eg calculations by Della Toffola, etc.), and too
much personal time to take advantage of all this and adapt them to our needs by correcting and
adding new data. Year after year, gaining more experience and knowledge and continuously
improving the presentation of the company's products has resulted in all of us having witnessed
flattering comments about the Company's excellent technical / financial offers. Physical evolution
when you do something with knowledge, conscience and love.
From the outcome judged, the financial management of bids is effective even in cases where
I have chosen to escape from the usual costing method (eg Unilever, NEOGAL, SABO, etc.) and also
my judgment in cases where I have been consulted about refusing additional discounts, given that
it's easy to say YES to ALL.
Also, the results of my work on production statistics, which I send to you at regular intervals,
can be life-saving for the company, provided there was someone who could exploit them. Items that
other companies would like but are not able to export them and for which your company has spent a
lot of working hours in order to find the right "formula" for their gathering.
For all this and many others I could quote, I think my salary does not reflect my offer to your
company and I would like it to be adjusted.
